NVC Alumnus Georby Manuel is now Police Senior Superintendent

Multi-awarded criminologist and outstanding alumnus, PSUPT Georby C. Manuel of Northwestern Visayan Colleges (NVC) was promoted as Police Senior Superintendent.

He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BS Crim), PC CMT Advance Course in 1984 and took Masters in Public Administration in 2005 all at Northwestern Visayan Colleges.

He ranked number two (2) out of 188 Philippine Constabulary (PC) candidate soldiers. In 1993, he passed the Criminologist Licensure Examination and Police Superintendent Examination given by the Philippine Regulations Commission (PRC) and National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), respectively.

He is an awarded criminologist and a recipient of thirty five medals, forty two plaques of appreciations/recognitions, and thirty five letters of commendations. He was judged as the “Most Distinguished Alumnus” in 2001 and “Most Outstanding Teacher” in 2002 and 2003 of NVC. With these, he was then awarded as “Outstanding Criminologists of the Philippines” in 2012.
